Refund and Returns

Thank you for considering our swimwear for your needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Here is our returns and refunds policy for swimwear:

  1. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date for any unworn swimwear that still has the original tags and hygiene liners attached and is in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm that they meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  2. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your swimwear for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you with the exchange process. Please note that the item(s) must be unworn and have the original tags and hygiene liners attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  3. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the purchase date.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
